How to order

Ordering an apostille and embassy legalisation for your document is simple.

Post. Some documents must have the apostille attached to the original. All you have to do is send your document to our office with our order form or a brief covering letter.

3. We will issue the apostille and return the document to you.

If ordering embassy legalisation simply add the fee as advised by one of our team in the additional fees section. For confirmation on embassy charge please contact our office with details of the documents you need to process.

Email applications

If your document can be emailed simply scan and email your document to our office with your contact details and delivery address (or scan and email the order form). We will confirm the fee, discuss payment and start processing your document.

We typically process the following documents by email but we recommend you check if copy documents will be accepted in the country requesting the documents.

Annual Returns
VAT Certificates
Accounts or Tax Returns
Contracts and Bills Of Sale
Licenses and Agreements
HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) documents
Any other company document

In some instances we can also accept email copies of university documents

Verifying copies by email will delay processing times as we need to contact the university.
